Police in Thamaga are investigating three suicide incidents. According to Supritendant Moses Kwarare, on 19 January a 51 year old man from Papalo ward in Mmankgodi was found hanging on a tree.
On 31 January, a man aged 46 in Thamaga was found hanging in his house. A boy aged 22 of Malakana ward in Thamaga was also found hanging in his house. He was found by his parents.
All the three men did not leave suicide notes and police are still investigating what might have triggered their decision to commit suicide.
Kwarare advised men to open up to professionals and seek counseling to avert taking thier lives.
