Stanbic Bank, Mogoditshane branch, has donated school items worth P20 000 to 75 under priviledged students of Hatsalatladi Primary School yesterday to encourage them to perform well. The items consisted of a full winter school uniform and stationery.

Speaking at the handover ceremomy, The Branch manager Ms Onalenna Disang stated that the donation will uplift the spirits of the students as well as refrain them from feeling left out. She further added that they believe that it shall ease their learning process which will enable them to perform well.

Also speaking at the event, Counsellor of Hatsalatladi, Mr Kolana Kolana, applauded stanbic bank for their good deed stating that it shows that they are not only focused on business, they also care about giving back to the community. He also added that they have truly taken part in helping the government to transform the country’s education.

Kgosi Saki Gabanamotse of Hatsalatladi also stated that what the bank has done is an indication that the responsibility of the welfare of people does not rely only on the government but also on the private sector. He stated he believes that the donation has truly given birth to a relationship that will go a long way.
