(๐ ๐ข๐๐๐ฃ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐ ๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ง๐):To ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development to apprise this Honourable House on the plan and strategy that could help activate the optimal utilisation of Molepolole Bus Rank which has not been so effective since it was built; the Minister should further state:
(i) whether prior to construction of the rank, a comprehensive assessment and consultation with relevant stakeholders to determine the strategic location of the bus rank was done;
(ii) if the Minister is aware that the entire bus rank facility has not been put into full use since its completion;
(iii) if there is a strategy and plan of action in place for effective use of the bus rank;
(iv) in percentage terms, the current level of utilisation of the bus rank facility; and
(v) when last maintenance (minor or comprehensive) for that bus rank was carried out, how much was spent and when the next maintenance is scheduled.
