Segaetsho Cultural Village will be hosting a horse and beauty contestant parade in Gamodubu village at 9am, Mmanoko at 10;30 and Gakgatla at 11;30am respectively on independence day.

According to Edwin Keautlwe, president of Gakgatla Horses Association and the Director of Segaetsho Cultural Village thepurpose of the parade is to create hype and excitement during independence celebrations.

There will be a horse race at Kgabuduku hills/Segaetsho Cultural Village on the 1st October 2022 from 9am to 5pm where 3 Dikgosi of the above mentioned villages are invited with other village leadership.

In the evening, Segaetsho Cultural Village Managing Director will be hosting Bush Braii on the hilltop for networking on tourism opportunities of their villages.

“This will be a light outing for the leadership as they will reflect on issues concerning their villages.”
