The last update on allocations of plots in Molepolole was that the next allocations will be for those who applied in June 2006.
Kweneng Chronicles had a chat with Mr. Allen Jacob, chairperson of Kwenebg District Council who indicated that they have four hundred and sixty eight residential plots ready for allocation soon.
The proposed plots layout are located between IHS and Ikago rehabilitation centre in Molepolole.They include, two civic and community, ten open spaces and two mixed land use among others.
In a consultative Kgotla meeting before winter session of Parliament, Hon. Oabile Regoeng cautioned against selling plots by Molepolole residents. He said its best to rent out a farm or home rather than sell as land is scarce.
